Hooked Rug

Here's my newest hooked rug; the sweet design was found in the stash of fabulous goodies purchased from a retired rug hooker. While this pattern was traditionally hooked in a more fine and formal manner, I chose a more primitive approach, using a wider cut and stronger colours. I photographed this piece at East of Eden Antiques. Hooked with wool on burlap, this piece measures approximately 33" x 23". $350 (plus shipping if applicable).
