Wool "mug rugs"
What is it with me and circles!??? They certainly make their way into many of my projects. These "mug rugs" (coasters) were made with a double layer of boiled wool, then embellished with a random machine stitch. Several of the pieces incorporate hand-dyed wool to give a more interesting texture.
